Reflection

First Glimpse of ICT IV
We cannot get Knowledge in just a blink of an eye. In the 2 months of learning ICT IV, I have learned a lot. I have learned lessons that made a new me.
Because of ICT IV, I have learned how to create a blog, which I am using right now. It is fascinating to have a blog because it allows me to express my thoughts very clearly. Also, having blog allowed me to be more grammatically enhanced coz I kept on correcting my subject-verb agreement every time I write my composition. In our first Grading I also learned how the internet exploded and how it came to exist to every computer now a day. I learned how the internet was born and how it has reached the Philippines. I am really happy that it has reached our country or else, we will become an underdog in this modern techno-world.
Learning always comes with difficulties like our first grading. The problem that I encountered was all about Procrastination and my laziness. I also even crown myself as the King of Procrastination. I address this by making my “TO-do list.” So, I will not postpone and forget things which I must do right away.
So, to sum up, there a lot of things that I have learned. Moving on to the next quarter, I plan to give more attention on my study habits. I will not let my other problems come in my way, I plan to just enjoy senior life but with a tincture of seriousness.

SONA 2012

SONA Outlook
PNoy’s SONA is indeed a historical event.  As this event occurs, many arousing voices from Batanes to Sulu can be heard, giving commentaries on his speech. Well, I, as a Filipino, also have my own commentary on his speech.
For me, I thought that PNoy’s latest SONA is good but not as good as last year. As usual, he stated many problems that our country is going through and his possible solutions to them. I do think that his SONA is informative because he gave a lot of situations regarding on the development of our country. He also stated his projects and on how they will make a Filipino’s life become improved. I indeed like his State Of the Nation Address.
Even though his speech is good, there are still some missing points. Points that many Filipinos like me, are waiting for him to give attention to. He didn’t quite give attention to the Spratly Islands. He should have included this topic in his speech and he should have explained the things going on in there, so that we Filipinos are aware of what is happening in the Spratly islands.
Also, he didn’t mention about the state of our dear OFW’s. He didn’t say anything not even a simple word “thank you” or “mag-ingat kayo”. We all know that our OFW’s are working hard overseas and he should be the number one to praise them. Unfortunately, he didn’t.
Well, to sum up all, I think that PNoy’s SONA is good and everything he said was well specified. Even though there are missing points in his speech, I still hope for the best. I hope that our country will improve and have a bright and colorful future ahead of it.
