New Year: New Me

Metamorphosis

    In life, everything has to change. Sometimes, we change for the worse or sometimes we change for the better. Every new year, there’s always the word “new year’s resolution.” If you ask me what’s mine, well, I would say that there is none because it’s not just New Year where I resolution things for I do it every day that I live my life.

    New Year, New Me. Actually, as I have said, there is no new me for ME is NEW every day. But since telling the new you is a trend, I might as well try it, but rather in a way like this: What will I expect of myself?

    This 2013, I can say that I will be a lot stronger in facing problems of my own. I will be friendlier so that I’ll gain more acquaintances. I will also be more studious for I plan to graduate with honors. Most of all, this New Year, all I want is GOOD HEALTH for after all, health is wealth. This year, there is no major METAMORPHOSIS that will take place coz I like the way I am. That’s all I want for this NEW YEAR. That will be the NEW ME.

          Man inhabited earth and developed beliefs and cultures that molded them to take the path of civilization. Relative to our modern time today, before, dominance among people in a certain place prevails. When there are things, some always gets more, some gets less and there are instances where a person doesn’t get anything. If there are chances, the seesaw of life isn’t at a steady state at all. As the time goes by, this kind of practice and tradition slowly faded as EQUALITY began to arise. Now, gone are the days where women are only for households and men are the only ones who have the right to vote. Fairness is now on every part of the world. OR IS IT? Are we truly living in a fair world or just being tricked and blinded?

          It is a fact that we are experiencing uniformity but there are still those who dominate and those who act like a maid. Why is this still present? This is because of power. If we only can help them, the world would be a lot better. But, there are also times when we are cheated. We must be in full alert all the time. We must not let others get over on us or under us. We must all be on the equator. The best way to maintain this equality is that we GET INVOLVED. We are all a part of everythingJ

            Have you ever noticed that in every Christmas carol has a common word? Do you know this word? A word that keeps every humanity grow. A word that binds us together. A word which is the root of every moral here on earth.

          LOVE!

          Love is the real essence of Christmas. The kind of love that God shares to all his creatures. I can say that this is the real essence of Christmas because LOVE is the root of all good things. It will always be the main reason for doing good things to the entire humanity and to the entire earth; either living or non-living things. Love is the real meaning of the yuletide season. A proof of this is that love can make you smile and happy and what better way to celebrate the holiday season than to be happy and wear a big smile. So, SPREAD LOVE THIS CHRISTMAS SEASON  for truly, it is the real essence and meaning of this joyous affair.

A MOTHER’S CRY

            Are your audios impaired? Or just pretending?

          There’s a growling voice beneath your feet.  Asking for help! A help in hope to end its agony! Think again . . . think twice! If a person asks for help, what would you do? What more if it is your mother? The mother that gives you a place to reside?

          Her agony is so many that she can’t even be able to handle it. Sometimes, the world seems like a big hole or a cave. We spend all our time shouting in it and we hear echoes of what we have said. In reality, we treat the world as a trash bag. We throw everything in it including plastics and everything and eventually, it returns back to us. As a result of this, we experience tragic disasters like Global Warming and worse, CLIMATE CHANGE.

          Climate Change is the changing of weather in our place. Instead of we experience a certain climate for a period; it usually extends or even shortens, making our climate cycle unequally distributed. It is not only caused by throwing garbage and any other manmade acts toward nature, it is also caused by some natural phenomena like volcanic eruptions and solar radiations.

          Fighting Climate Change is a big errand to face. We, mankind, must do everything it takes to lessen it. We are the most affected in this case. Our crops will not grow robustly, germination of seeds will be delayed and weather disturbances shall occur. Truly, we are greatly affected!

          We can do everything as we venture to the road of knowledge so, we are able to lessen these global phenomena. With knowledge, we can do it! We must do everything it takes to fight this horrible barrier towards a greater civilization. We must surely. . . ACT NOW!!!  OUR MOTHER IS CRYING!!!
